What your concierge can do, by business type

Yims.ai is an AI concierge that answers your customers on the channels they already use — WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and LINE — in their own language, around the clock. It answers from your data: the menu you sent as a photo, the opening hours you wrote in a chat message, your room rates, your reviews, your policies. Nothing is invented; when something isn't on record, it says so and, if it matters, quietly puts a human in the loop.

What the concierge can actually do depends on the kind of business it works for. A restaurant needs a menu and table bookings; a hotel needs seasonal rates and per-night availability; a clinic needs appointment slots sized to the treatment. So every business is assigned a category, and the category decides which skills the concierge is given — on both the customer side and the owner side.

Each row in the tables below is a distinct, grounded action the concierge can take on its own initiative during a conversation. For your customers covers what your guests get. For you covers what you get: you run your business by chatting with the same assistant, from the same phone, with no app to learn.

Every business gets these

Before any category-specific skill, every business on Yims.ai gets a core set of capabilities. These cover what every customer asks no matter what you sell — where are you, are you open, what's it like, can I see a picture, can I talk to a person — and what every owner needs to change on the fly.

For your customers

CapabilityWhat it does
Opening hoursAnswers "are you open right now / on Sunday / at Christmas" from your weekly hours plus any dated exceptions you've set. Your own hours always win over anything found on the web.
What people saySearches your reviews by meaning, not keywords, so "is it good for a quiet dinner?" surfaces the reviews that actually address that.
Everything else about youSearches the notes you've added by chat — parking, wi-fi, pets, accessibility, dress code, the story of the place. Any detail you've ever told the assistant becomes answerable.
PhotosSends real photos of the place, or of one specific item, on request. If nothing matches, it sends nothing — asking for a picture of a dish never gets you a photo of the terrace.
DirectionsGives your address plus a tappable map button that opens correctly in the mobile Maps app — where nearly every customer actually is.
WebsiteShares your official site, if you have one on record. It never guesses a web address.
Remembering the customerSaves durable facts a returning customer shares — their name, a dietary requirement, a seating preference — so months later the conversation picks up where it left off, not from zero.
Reaching a humanHands the conversation to you and pings you with a tappable notice. You take over, chat live with the customer, and hand back when you're done. The switchover is invisible to the customer — no "an agent will be with you shortly".

For you

CapabilityWhat it does
See your setupOne message showing how your assistant is currently configured — booking mode, slot lengths, price visibility, currency, address, voice replies — shaped for your type of business, and it tells you which settings you actually chose versus which are defaults you've never touched.
Hours, reviews and notesThe same reads your customers get, for checking what the assistant is telling them.
Photo inventory"Do we have pictures of the suite?" — tells you what's on record and whether a given thing is covered, without sending files at you.
CurrencySet the default currency for prices, by code, symbol or name. Applies immediately.
AddressSet or correct your street address. Immediate — useful when you move.
Voice repliesTurn spoken replies on or off for your business.
Chat translationTurn automatic translation on or off for handoffs — a customer's messages arrive in your language, and your replies go out in theirs, both ways. Optional, off by default.
Multiple businessesOwn more than one place? A tappable picker to switch which one you're managing, in the same chat thread.

Beyond these, every owner also runs the business by simply sending things: photograph a menu, forward a PDF, write out your new hours, drop in a photo of a room. The assistant reads it, tells you exactly what it understood, and waits for your go-ahead before anything goes live — with a one-word undo afterwards.

A website that builds itself from your chat

Everything you tell your concierge is already structured data: your menu with its prices and dietary tags, your rooms and their seasonal rates, your opening hours, your photos, your policies, your story. Yims.ai takes that same content and generates a real website out of it — no separate site builder, no template to fill in, no agency.

You never write the site. You run your business by chat as usual, and the site is that same information with a front door on it. Change a price in the owner chat and the page changes with it — there is no second place to keep up to date.

What you get

CapabilityWhat it does
Built from your own contentPages assembled from what is already on record — menu or rooms, prices, opening hours, address and map, photos, reviews and the notes you have added by chat. Nothing is invented to fill a gap: a section you have no content for simply isn't there.
Always currentThe site reads the same data your concierge answers from. Update a price, a special or your hours in the owner chat and the site follows — you never maintain the same fact twice.
In your customers' languagesThe same multilingual reach the concierge has, so a visitor who arrives from search reads your site in their own language.
Chat on every pageThe site is a way into the conversation, not a dead end — visitors reach your concierge on WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger or LINE straight from the page they are reading.
A preview before anything is publicYour generated site exists as a preview on every plan, so you can see exactly what it would look like before deciding to put it online.

What your plan decides

Site creation
Included on every plan. Generating the site from your content costs nothing extra.
Publishing
Starter gives you the preview. Basic and above put the site online for real, with a .com domain and site maintenance included.
Support level
Starter comes with simple support; Basic and above come with advanced support — the same difference that applies to the rest of the service.

Behind every category

Some things aren't category features — they're what makes all of the above trustworthy enough to leave running unattended.

Grounded, or silent
Every catalogue read hands the assistant an explicit boundary: only what's recorded about that specific item. A missing description reads as not on record rather than being smoothed over. Names and general knowledge never establish ingredients, allergens, specifications, inclusions or duration — if you didn't record it, the assistant doesn't claim it.
A second pair of eyes
A reviewer model checks each draft answer against the evidence gathered for that conversation turn before it's sent. One grounded retry, and if it still can't be supported, the conversation goes quietly to a human instead of guessing.
Nothing happens twice
Every action that changes stored data runs at most once per turn — no double bookings, no duplicate cancellations, no ghost edits, even when an answer is regenerated.
Never breaks character
The assistant does not announce itself as a bot, least of all while handing a customer over to you.
Degrades gracefully
If part of the system is unavailable, the affected capability steps aside rather than inventing an answer — and conversations escalate to you instead of going dark.
Your data, arriving however is easiest
Menus as photos or PDFs, hours as a sentence, rates as a table, policies as a paragraph, photos as photos. Every change is read back to you and waits for your go-ahead, and one word reverses it.
Voice, both ways
Customers can send a voice note instead of typing, and the assistant can answer out loud. Optional per business, and it falls back to text rather than failing when it's off.
One inbox, many places
Own several businesses? One assistant, one thread, a tappable switcher between them — plus a web dashboard with a tab per place for staff, channels and subscription.

New kinds of business

Categories are configuration, not code. Giving a new kind of business an existing set of skills — a bakery that works like a café, a gallery that works like a museum — is a configuration change with no deployment. A genuinely new capability is built once and then available to every category that wants it. Don't see your business here? Ask us — the answer is usually yes.
