Pushy is a proactive feature that notices when customers keep asking something your confirmed business information doesn't answer yet, and asks you about it directly in your owner-connected chat. It is selective by design: a single unanswered question never triggers a prompt on its own, and the subjects it checks follow your business category, so a hotel, restaurant, museum, shop and service business are not all asked about the same things.
What triggers a prompt
Pushy looks for a recurring pattern: the same kind of question coming up more than once, about something that isn't in your confirmed information yet. It does not react to a single customer asking something unusual, and it never changes any business information by itself - it only asks.
Receiving a Pushy question never changes anything on its own. You have to reply and confirm before it becomes real.
Replying to a prompt
Reply in the same owner-connected chat with the missing fact. The assistant drafts the update and shows it to you before anything is saved.
- Send CONFIRM to save the draft.
- Send UNDO to discard it instead.
Only a confirmed fact becomes available to your customer assistant. The completion message tells you which subject was saved and confirms customers can now get an answer to it.
Controlling prompts
You can control Pushy from the same owner-connected chat at any time:
- SNOOZE pauses prompts for that owner identity for 30 days and dismisses the current one.
- MUTE PUSHY suppresses the current subject for that owner identity.
- STOP PUSHY opts that owner identity out of all future prompts.
STOP PUSHY is not a temporary pause, and there is currently no chat command to reverse it - use SNOOZE instead when you just want a break. None of these controls affect prompts for your business's other owners; each owner identity is tracked separately.
Timing and delivery
Prompts avoid your business's local quiet hours and are spaced apart, so an eligible gap may not reach you immediately. Delivery also needs an enabled, reachable owner identity - if more than one owner qualifies, more than one may be prompted, and each owner's delivery and preferences are tracked on their own.
If you expect a prompt and don't get one
First check that Pushy is included in your business's current live plan and that you are an enabled owner on the intended business. Beyond that, no prompt is expected when:
- No category-relevant gap has actually qualified yet.
- The answer is already confirmed.
- You already muted or stopped that prompt.
- Quiet-hour or spacing rules have simply delayed it.
Pushy is included on Pro; it is not part of Starter or Basic. If you upgrade later, gaps already noticed for your business are reconsidered automatically under the normal checks above - upgrading does not mean every old observation immediately produces a message.
