An admin owner can ask the owner assistant to create a website for the selected business. The assistant collects a short design brief, then builds a private preview for authorised owners to review.
Creating or changing a design
The brief can cover style, colour palette, language, headline and an about paragraph. Review and confirm it before a preview is built. For an existing website, ask to view it or change its design.
Use a preview link sent in the owner chat or dashboard. A preview is private — it is not a public website to share.
What the site uses
The website uses confirmed business information: your catalog, opening hours, contact details, connected chat links and approved photos. A proposed about paragraph is not used until you confirm it.
It never publishes hidden prices or currencies, time-limited specials, internal notes or imported review text.
Keeping the preview current
Ask to update or refresh the website to rebuild it from the latest confirmed business information without changing its design. Confirmed catalog and business-information changes can also refresh an existing preview automatically.
Publishing and domains
Publishing is a separate confirmation after the preview and is available only when the selected business's current plan permits it. Website creation, public publishing and domain registration are admin-only actions.
If domain registration is available, the system checks the requested name and shows the applicable terms before confirmation. Do not assume a domain is available or registered until the system confirms it.
If you cannot create, publish or manage a website, check that you are an enabled admin of the intended business and that its current plan includes the action you need. Support can explain the process, but cannot make or publish your site for you.
