On top of that it prices stays deterministically — night by night at the right seasonal rate, plus extra beds, plus the best applicable discount, plus mandatory extras — because arithmetic across a season boundary is exactly the thing an AI shouldn't be improvising. The assistant reports the figures; it doesn't recompute them.
Availability is real: per-night occupancy is counted against your units before anything is confirmed, and a declined request comes back naming the room types that are free for those dates.
