Owner guide

Using the dashboard and managing channels

The dashboard is the web view of what the owner chat already knows: your businesses, who else has access, which channels are connected, your subscription, and how much of your quota you have used.

Getting in

Send dashboard from an owner-connected chat and you get back a single-use link. It expires quickly and exchanges itself for a time-limited browser session, so there is no password to remember, share or lose.

Permissions are read from live ownership rather than baked into the link, and place-scoped changes are re-authorized when you submit them. Revoking someone's access takes effect immediately, even mid-session.

If the link does not work, request a fresh one from the same owner-connected identity, and check that identity is still an enabled admin of the business you selected.

What it shows

Your businesses, connected owners, channel state, subscription information, and quota usage.

Admin owners can manage channel connections and owner access. Staff can use owner chat features, but being recognized as staff does not by itself grant admin powers in the dashboard.

Connecting and reconnecting channels

WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and LINE each have their own connection and reconnection procedure, covered in its own guide below. If a channel is disconnected, use that channel's own onboarding or reconnect action to bring it back.

Never send access tokens, app secrets, webhook secrets, or any other channel credential to product support — not in a message, not in a screenshot. Nobody from support will ever ask you for them.

Connect a messaging channel

Each channel has its own connection flow and its own way of granting owner access. Pick yours.
