Yims.ai connects to Google Business Profile through Google's official API. It imports your review history so the concierge can answer customer questions with real customer experience, then can publish concise replies to new, unanswered reviews for you.
Connect Google Business Profile
Open Dashboard → Settings → Google Business Profile and send the activation instructions to your owner chat. In Google Business Profile, add the Business Group ID shown by Yims.ai with the Manager role. Access is detected automatically.
Choose exactly what runs
Import reviews and Answer new reviews are separate switches. Turn either one off whenever you want; disabling imports never silently activates the old scraping route.
Automatic replies are optional and off by default. When enabled, Yims.ai answers only eligible new, unanswered reviews, in the reviewer's language, using the rating and review text.
Your account, your reviews, your control
Your Google Business Profile remains yours. You grant Manager access, keep ownership of the profile and its data, and can remove access in Google or disable the integration in Yims.ai whenever you choose.
Designed not to overwrite people
Yims.ai checks Google again immediately before publishing. If you or a teammate has already replied, the automatic reply is skipped. Old, blank and already-answered reviews are never swept into automatic answering.
