Adding and updating your catalog

You manage your catalog from an owner-connected chat. What "catalog" means follows your business category: restaurants have menu items, service businesses have services, museums have tickets, and accommodation businesses have rooms and stay extras. The workflow below is the same whichever one you are.

Adding or replacing several entries at once

Send the catalog to the owner chat as text, as a photo, or as a PDF. The assistant reads it, extracts a draft, and asks you to confirm before anything is stored.

Existing entries are matched by name. A corrected version of an entry you already have updates that entry instead of creating a duplicate, so re-sending a fixed source file is the normal way to repair a messy import.

Changing one entry

For a single entry that already exists, just ask the owner assistant to change its price, its currency, or its description. The assistant stages the proposed edit and shows you a confirmation prompt. Nothing is stored until you confirm it.

Renaming is the exception. To rename an entry, resend it under the corrected name rather than using the single-entry edit — the name is how entries are matched in the first place.

If a customer can't find an entry

When the customer assistant cannot find something you confirmed, check these two things before anything else:
